this is fast for me this round coners looks a bit cheap text at the bottom difficult to read (or its just for SE?)

The design is pretty nice, I like the colors and the tab graphics you have in your layout. For the logo, it looks a bit plain.. I would get it re-designed so that it stands out more (since you have a similar font style in your content area already)
I love the design too but like lojadeluxo said it takes time to show, maybe a problem with a script, mysql server or css filesize
