Your site is not attracting and it will only repel visitors, a black-white-black design is the most common design that dislike by people. You must have a titile, and make your title(e.g. Earn money in less than 3 minutes) VERY obvious, like giving it gigantic font and extraordinary colors, it will work well as it will give a direct impression to visitors.
