    I found that You have to concentrate in Onpage Optimization Work and then start the Offpage Optimization Work for Backlinks and also do the SMO it will help in your keywords ranking in Google...

    Not impress with your design it's very basic design if you want user spends some time in your site then improve your website design.

    Sorry but I just can't relate the black theme with health, I makes me think of funerals.
    Who wrote the posts?
    I don't know about SEO but I do know English as I have taught it and these texts badly need spell checking and proof reading, in some places the grammar is barely understandable.
