Please review my site design

Hello,

Me and a partner of mine are building a Forum based completely on ajax and php and I am working on a design please tell me what you think of the design so far.

 

Easy to understand logo, navigation controls, easy to log in. Place a register link in the login area too, lighten up the green just a bit more.

Hmm... you use nice blue gradient in the forum sections, why not use gradient too in the page header, I would go from green at the top to super light green at the bottom

I hope so far you both are going in right path.The design is attractive and done a good choice of color schemes and font style.Goodluck in completing it.
