please review my Site design and layout and adsense location

i started my site 4 months ago, and i got really good rankings,
just for 4 months, i get
+1000 page views daily,
PR : 3 & 4
Alexa : 474,910



thanks for all people here who helped me to do it,
and i always say, this is just my start, my goal is very faaaar.

so please review my site design, because i just changed it, i design it myself, and i need you suggestions, because i got a lot of categories and it's hard for me to list all this categories on my sidebar and keep my SEO good at the same time ( more than 150 category ).

if you see that i can improve my lay out, please tell me and i'll appreciate it if you sent me samples.

I would make the font on your ad a little bit smaller, try to match your main content so they don't stand out so much as they do at the moment.

I must agree: your site looks georgous! I would like to know if you have success with your Adsense earnings.

When visiting your site I thought that this is not a site that is made for Adsense specifically. From a tactical perspective there a way too many distractions for a visitor with all the great stuff you have. Sites that are made for Adsense, if they are set up in a clever way, try to look simple... almost boring even. That way a visitor looks for something more interesting and... voilá.... that would be some Adsense ads as the only other clickable option.

 

You say you started your blog three months ago, but on your "Write for HWS" it says the following

March 2009 was the date when the first post at www.HackWithStyle.blogspot.com

Thats 2 an half years ago I think.

yups i have started it around in 2009 but just for fun and then i got serious and updated my site with new template and coding ..... i m updating it from 4-5 months continuously ..... anyways thnx for liking my site i m really delighted I really work hard to make that blog great

 

Hi, some internal pages didn't have any content, for e.g. I went to blogger tips and tricks for email subscription and it didn't have any content except links to other articles....you might want to try and put content on all the pages...

yups in the begining i was just copy paste type but now i m very serious about my material and i always post before i m fully satisfied with the trick ..... and it also shows from my latest posts .... u can see they are all very organized and unique ..... i m also updating the old posts ..... if u guys found any meesy post in my blog pls do let me know so that i can update it ..... n thnx again guys ...... i m very happy

I do think it looks pretty good - if anything I would try to say try to get more content above the fold. On my MBA I am only seeing a little content without scrolling.

 

Why don't you add ads to the top of the sidebar?
