Like the colour and matching. You will find thousands of websites on similar pattern so nothing new. So if your website is now ready than you should start link building for it.
I would move the yellow background stripe higher or would just remove it. Too much scrolling. You'd better add bullet points on the top with anchors in the middle for fast navigation. Good luck.
