I actually thought it was a good site... functional and simple for the user. In order to get your site ranking for IITJEE you need to build backlinks to your site with anchor text involving that keyword of which it appears you dont have at the moment. I think if you get a few decent backlinks like this with decent PR then you will be fine.
Agree. Your value proposition and how this site benefits people is very clearly and cleaning stated right up front... although I have no clue what IIT JEE is. To increase page rank, you need to greatly increase the number of times you use your keywords and key phrases. Also build in more links from one of your pages to another, using your keywords as the link text. (i.e., "anchor" text links.) Make those links bold or italicized, as Google places higher value on these words and will boost you higher. I forgot to check your brower title, but all your keywords should be there, too, for Google to rank you higher for those search terms.
