I always put an image ad under menu bar, but not on Home Page. The (160x600) ad is under the title "Categories" and can be considered by google as a illegality.
The entire site is in violation of Apple's trademark, so expect it to be taken down soon. You can't have "ipad" in your domain.
I hope they will not take it down. I am promoting their product. But I know it is possible. I have no site taken down for this reason so far. I think it is more likely when you are promoting your product with their name.
