    the Pink Color Used in the site just look :eek: :eek: you can change it so that it could look good :D
    The Text on the header is bit difficult to read :( you can improve it

    I think the design looks way to busy, the ads need to be more well organized and aligned. Try placing a color background for the header area, a different for the menus and content to seperate the content.

    As I think, medical sites should have other color scheme - blue, green etc.

    Okay. I have removed the pink color for the header and leave it as white background.

    It may be a good idea to place every language version of the site on the completely separate domain name and to feed all these sites from the same data base, the people tend to be confused by strange foreign fonts sometimes and to go away from the sites which are using them.

    That will be a problem since anyone can simply upload all languages videos. Anyway, the current program software allows all video upload regardless of the languages, I don't think it can be changed.
