Very nice site overall! I don't care much for the grey backgrounds and I think its not very fitting for your subject matter and goals. The layout(s) are well done as well as font and other color selections.
not bad overall, background color could be changed to bring more life to it, the title text for the site should have a much shinier look so it actually looks like gold instead of a off-yellow full color.
What I liked about your site is your have very clearly divided it in three parts. I can within seconds see three services that you provide. Thats the trick. Visitor should be able to see your services in seconds. As far as looks goes others have already said much about it.
