Please review my sales page

I have just released a photoshop ebook series and would appreciate some feedback on my sales page.

Is it effective?
Would you buy?
If not, why?
Any suggestions for improvement?

Well my two bits:

I personally would not purchase it as I do not find any of those style of websites to be attractive to me personally. Secondly, I read that you add 17.5% tax. Where are you located?

PS - It takes to long to scroll down tothe "purchase" link.

 

The content is good but I think the design could be better.

 

It's very simple
First of all make these two things. These are important in sale pages.

1: Make a header.
2: And create an eBook cover. You can view eBook covers samples : Here

After these changes, visitors will like to buy your product

 

I think you need to change design, other than that its perfect
