    It will remove the restrictions. If you cannot open the PDF file without Password, it won't remove that type password, because it is the user password.

    I dont like the contact functionality, it's simple web btw, nice clean design, but for me background need a little improvement .just my review :)

    This is really a very good concept I think you should use better images and better header for your site otherwise layout is looking pretty good
