    I really don't like how your introductory paragraph is chopped up by other elements. If you moved the ad that would help. And why do you want a Google search box in the middle of your text or even at all for that matter?
    I think your logo would be better if the F and Y matched in one style or the other. Your overall color scheme is very pleasing.

    looks ok i think its too busy. too many links and no clean arrangement of them. Design i would give it a 6/10 needs more work IMO.

    What I have learn so far :)from the reviews is :-

    -I need to reduce paragraph size ,
    -put search box on top section
    -make a new logo
    -Reduce Links
