I've redone this site a few times over the years and every time I post it up for a review here it get's less than rave reviews. It actually gets shot down pretty badly. In spite of that, the site has been successful, but I thought I'd give the tough critics here another go. So feel free to offer any helpful critiques. thanks Dance Music
If I have right this is default WP theme with small redesign. I don't like menu and its to much things on site for my taste. Try to be minimalistic. That's my personal opinion. But how can site with rank 1 669 227 be successful? My portfolio site is ranked 500 000 and I have it less then 4 months.
I don't know how you see this (default theme) , but it is not anywhere close to the Wordpress default theme. If it was there would be some major customizations. The web is not minimalistic and neither is the competition. I guess it is a personal taste. I'm not saying that anyone else needs to do what I do, but I think this is appropriate for the niche. I don't know what you are talking about here, or by what criteria you get this strange ranking, but obviously I must know something you don't if you are using some weird ranking system to determine who can make money and who can't. I really hope you are not talking about Alexa.
I don't choose the most recent stories by who's attractive. It's a music site, not a playmate wallpaper site. The pictures change everyday with the news.
well.. quite confusing for me to read.. your content and rightbar are look alike.. perhaps different color scheme could makes it more readable & noticeable
