first impression - that flashing ad in the top left is very bad. if you are selling property I'd also try and put more pics of the properties- or at least some nice looking ones on the front page. make it look a bit more professional
The top area look unprofessional with the flashing animation. I would use a static contact graphic and place it below your header photograph, along with your logo.
I have changed that flashing animation now, and just see and tell me if it is fine now and what others changes to be made, i am looking for few property related pics too
to be honest if i went to that page for some reason I would close it right away as it looks like a page by mistake that went to a directory or something. Sorry for being harsh, but i though its better to be honest bout it.
