It's wordpress so not much can go wrong. The forum is phpBB so unless they've raised their game lately be ready to do alot of security work. I clicked on the "About" link and got a broken link. The forum is still empty but with a lot of categories so you have some work to do to create a buzz! Your biggest problem is going to be competing against propertytalk, creinvestor, magicbullets etc. I hope you have enough of a profile to draw the users in and generate some energy. These sites tend to revolve around a key personality - or they were started in the early days when there was less competition. Good luck
