The overall layout and design is nice, I think it's a great concept.

Your content is laid out nicely. I would suggest doing something with the background. Adding texture or adding a slight gradient will give the site more depth and keep the users eyes focused on what matters: Content.

The header bg colors don't seem to miss well with the text color. Text seems to generic as far as the bevel?

I like it. One suggestion though, I had to play the video to work out it was a social networking site just for Sri Lanka. Maybe that could be part of the headline?
