Please review my placement

    Hi, i don't know if i'm violating the Google Adsense terms. Also what can be done to improve?

    Maybe i don't understand but the Terms above allow me to add a referral unit too in addition to the present displayed ads on my site ? I mean three ad units + one referral unit ?

    placement is ok. some changes that you could make for better results is by placing the link ads somewhere on top.
