Please review my placement here

I have worked on a site and now I have a good traffic but a very low Page CTR for five days, most of the visitors come directly to pages on the site and not through the home page.
Would you review it and tell me what is wrong please?

Well what is your traffic and ctr in numbers? Your ad placement is fine, but I would also highly recommand you to put links to the other posts just above the sidebar ads. Also put a third ad unit at the bottom of the page

 

I tried loading the site and it timed out.. you might want to check it your host is down right now?

 

I don't know if it's against AdSense TOS to say ctr or not, but it's very low.
My host is working fine right now

 

I would suggest to use 250X250 within your article or on left hand side of your page.
