please review my PhpBB template

Looks good to me. Only suggestion I have would be to make the header a bit thinner so the visitor sees more content when the page loads, especially if they are at 800x600.

Your icons are BIG in 800x600 and GIANT in 640x480. Old resolutions, but still in use by 30-40% of surfers.

How do you modify these templates? Do you need to be a programmer?
