It took the site a few tries to get it to load and even when it did it didn't load properly & looked dreadful. I expected the site to be in Finnish, that was a surprise!
Loaded fine (relatively fast) for me. Maybe their server is in the US. Looks fine too. Try AdWords. Target your country only (at least initially). Set your bids low, see if you can get some action. You can always bump them up if nothing happens.
