    What I can say is that you have simply done an awesome job. You can chenge the category name "Uncategorized" to something else. And the text in the about us page too.

    You are not making use of your title effectively, You are only using 22 characters when you can use up to 80.

    Make effective use of your title, it can have some of keywords, keyphrases as well , Try to include those

    You are not making use of your description effectively, You are only using 50 characters when you can use up to 250.

    <meta name="keywords" content="" />
    Your keyword tag is empty
    Some suggestion from myside based on search engine targeted keywords as well as visitor focused searched keywords, You can use them and modify them as you like

    <meta name="keywords" content="Magazines, Magazine, Mag, Mags, Subscription, Subscriptions, details, cover, review,publishers, stores, online, publication, read, cheap, discount, digital, offers, " />
    Anyways above are generic ones and you can add more as per your need
    Thumb rule is one word is considered as keyword, dont add key phrase in keywords, meaning every single words should be seperated by comma
    Example : Magazine <- keyword
    Example : Online Magazine <- Keyphrase

    Lastly you shouldnt repeat any keyword other wise its stuffing and considered spam if repeated more then once

    You have a winner here IF you gain some SEO knowledge, As other have pointed out your tags need some work and in general it needs some SEO help.

    I hope you keep up with this idea. I have it bookmarked to return to.
