I like it, really condensed information, which is key. With finding content to easily done on google these days, an easy to navigate website with concise information is key. I actually went on a tangent and read 'Install Google XML Sitemaps Wordpress Plugin' while i was there. Very nice

Your Website uses normal WordPress theme but the content looks pretty quality. In future, go for some custom theme to make it more unique then other websites.

@mamta123 Sure, i will share result from this experience in my blog. Btw, I already experienced to get PR 3 in 2 month with ton of link exchange. And now, for this online knowledge blog i already get PR 0 in one month. It seems that i must do hardwork to get backlink without aggressive link exchange.
