    The female photos in the ad are hot.

    However, your site was down for over a week with no explanation, and your customer service email NEVER answers email or responds to problems.

    That should definitely be improved upon, don't you think?

    Navigation and design are both great from a usability perspective. SEO elements could be better executed but only slight tweaks needed.
