It doesn't look too bad...a little bland..doesn't really excite me. Is the word "site" supposed to be in that header sentence twice?

A Quick way to increase your page rank is to build backlinks to a high ranking site that links back to you. For example, build backlinks to a youtube page, blogger page, squidoo lens or a hubpage article. All of these will get your site to rank higher in no time. I would recommend using something like Unique Article Wizard though, they seem to work really well.

I submitted links to all known good quality sites such as squidoo, blogger, thumbler, technorati, ezinearticles, etc. Even after one year my page rank is still at zero. Am I missing something. I have another site that is about same age with less thank half of back links and it's PR3.

Download Google toolbar for free. The tool offers a page rank feature.

Try getting SEO Quake. That shows you as PR2 as well.
