    That is a quite cool site,i did not find such a cool flash game site for months here.The games are cool,although i dislike your template,i would like to suggest you to exchange for another template.

    the links in menu must be made white in color , or you can even have some rollover color change effects, rest the site looks decent.

    I agree with forestone, the header area needs some work, I'd recommend getting a pro header graphic done, will be worth the $50-100 cost (pm me if you want some recommendations).

    I would also recommend adding a newsletter subscription option to get peoples emails for offering to keep them "up to date" and send tips, perhaps offer a some report on some free game cheat codes to get more opt-ins, then you can market to the list.
