Your site looked good. I think you need to add a few menu entries at the top and move the left side menu up
I like the colors and the front page looks nice. You may want to consider making the page font a bit larger and I agree with onebuck about it maybe being a bit wider.
I think your site will perform better if you use a bigger font and write a few more sentence explaining about what are the information that you have in the site.
The homepage is not attractive, should contain news, the about and updates. Also use one font, like Arial (size 12) for all your pages.
The site was very user friendly and it was easy to navigate too.The loading speed was fine and the template looks simple but it is attractive..
The front page looked good enough to entice me in for a proper review... what a mistake. First click was to hxxp://www.spotonnutrition.com/index.php?p=1_16_Exercises there is no content - the list of options is a menu for another site! On hxxp://www.spotonnutrition.com/index.php?p=1_3_Lose-Weight you would be better to have the text left justified because when the column is narrow it looks a bit odd. The content you have is very light, high level stuff. It's the sort of thing everyone should know by heart. There was nothing new or indepth. From a page construction point of view I'd like to see the css removed into it's own file and therefore cached. Hotlinking that main image http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/...ebrain/ist2_6148437-i-love-healthy-eating.jpg is pretty tacky - if you can't save your own copy on the server then it can't be worth having. What happens when they decide to move the files and you're left with a large broken image on your homepage?
