Good overall looks, - I think you can make the date a bit shorter, it takes to much space on the screen - The search text from the search box is positioned just a bit under the line in Google Chrome.
I think you should remove the adlinks ad at the top of the page, in firefox 3 it's covering part of your logo, and your search box is covering part of the ad. Overall I think the site looks crammed it would look better if there was less information on the page.
Consider links in the right panel "Registered Nurse Job" a little brighter. currently they look like just normal text. Also I found your site too busy.
