Theme is looking good. But in the home page i dont think you need to have a post reply button , do u? instead increase the number of posts in home page and in side bar give the archives or category list its very difficult to read older posts. adsense placements i think is very apt. Apart from that the pciture gallery and the rest look great, Good luck..
Nice template and layout and the contents are well organised and has more interesting articles to read.
