You're selling site on eBay seems fine to me, but the quality of the photos on the home page needs some work, if you're able. The resolution is very low and they seem distorted. Otherwise, I like it.

I suck at graphics.

I kept the resolution low to speed up loading time, but I think it would probably be safe to increase it a bit.

What is a good maximum filesize for a header image?

You need a complete revamp in my opinion. I suggest that you hire a web designer, or possibly spend a lot more time learning Web 2.0 and getting it all up ASAP.

I think you need to revise the middle section. It looks like a box of 'ads'. Maybe change the style of it a bit? Or I'd suggest you to hire a designer, as all the others said.

Thats strange. I was unaware of it going down.

In my experience simple sites convert better than web 2.0 type sites. If you are trying to provide a service thats different.

Remember, the idea is pretty much to get someone to click through, not distract them.
