Well I'm not from Russia, but you where close
I am from Romania, even better if you ask me Why? Well just google about our laws and "smart peoples" (hackers in 1 word) I know how to protect the website and my (future) users if this is what are you asking me about.

 

the site loads very slowly

 

Website was been working slow bcuz of me I was been changed many many things but the website should be fine now.
