Please Review my Newbie Site

Hi Guys,

This is my first attempt at website design/creation, so be nice... This is a self-improvement blog that I built on the Wordpress platform. The site has been live for about 4 months and is generating decent amounts of traffic.

Looks great. Personally I'd remove the leaf picture, but that's just me.

Nice and decent Design, but i must say you didn't made this site for future prospective. Also many things which are missing which will help google bot to determine your site. Like Site Map.. If don't need ads to run the website then its ok, otherwise you have also to look for good position for your future ads.. do some paper designing 1st before web designing.. it will help you to improve your website..

Logo just matches to the theme of your website, and also the leaf.. which looks like life.. but it could be better as well.

overall, pretty good work you have done as it is your 1st website... i will rank it 8/10

Ps: I might be harsh, but i know without telling the faults you can't improve.. & i will say best of luck.. & sorry if you find me a bit offensive or what ever.. but i really feel if you improve some, then you might get more traffic. - The header text on the boxes looks bad (Most popular posts, etc)
- The logo (conceptually) is nice, but needs better execution.
