Please review my new website

Pretty nice. I'd add some description about what info you're providing. When I arrived, I thought "what KIND of info about countries?"

 

The content for the country is pretty general verging on the trivial due to the search stings returned from Google. The list of countries is simplistic and condensing countries that contain other countries is limited e.g. United Kingdom consists of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, the site was showing me images of Scotland which is 600 miles from where I live in England. The site design is pretty fractured with lumps of content floating about. Overall it is a good effort for a first draft but concentration is required as to where the content should be place according to which service is being promoted. If the wiki is the most important place it in the top left corner and prioritise from left to right and top to bottom.

MastersStudentDS, very interesting advices. I'd like to inform that the countries list is got here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sovereign_states. And what about the design: what do you think which part of information isn't in the right place? And how can I make the design better?

I think it's a great idea! I just find there aren't enough graphics on the site. You can still have a simple site but with nice graphics. That is the only thing i would change.

 

You could add a top banner with some color

 

I'm not crazy about the layout or the colors. But this website idea is awesome. And I really like the currency info. Good job.

 

Added short descriptions about the countries. Example: The Bahamas.
