It's an interesting concept but not sure it's laid out in an easy-to-understand manner. I assume all the posts below are former "Tell Thems", but there is not a lot of context for the comments. I would work on the context of the posts and create a way for people to respond to the posts perhaps?
The very idea behind the site is quite promising. But dear, you need to work a lot on the presentation and more your sucess will depend only on the traffic. Hope you have plans for the same. Good luck.
Your site needs an ajax update! And yeah - the color schemes not that attractive as well.. And if you want people to start to use this site - its URL has to get more user friendly! Novel idea though!
