Adsense works best when you have LOADS of traffic. Since only a click is needed for you to make money, the more traffic the better. If you have fewer but more targeted traffic, then I would expect affiliate products to give better results than adsense (of course things like niches and such matter too ).
Balanced site with the menu on the left, text in the middle, and login form and ads on the right. The top menu needs a little categorization so it doesn't look so big. If you can put it in one line will be better I guess. Also the domain name could be better

I have a feeling that you are promoting too much hosting service providers. Left, right and center literally. Normally per my experience....visitors coming to a site like yours(PLR theme) are aware of the hosting providers and it sometimes looks futile effort to sell those and eating away your prime space especially on your homepage.
