Quick Note : I see you are using h1 tags twice once on the header and again on the footer. I believe having one h1 tag per page is considered as a good practice. Also your H1 container has lots of keyword which is actually diluting the emphasis of your targeted keyword. Good Luck.

Quite a professional look to it, just enough flash too. Maybe you'd be better of with a contact form rather than "contact{at}milestoneinfotech.com" though. Also, from a SEO point of view, is it useful to use H1 tages on an email address. I doubt it.

This site needs some serious help. Your description of your site is better defined here than it is on your site. What stands out on your site....email - who cares, milestone infotech flash with people - who cares, low cost web solutions - to do what? You have keyword lists in your heading tags, in your footer, in your meta title. If you get lucky enough to start getting some search traffic, good luck getting a customer. I'm sorry, I hate to flat out bash but even reading your black text box buy now buttons...the text does not even make sense "500 Directory Submission For US $20" How about "500 Directory Submissions $20 U.S."

its a bit busy at the moment, tone it down a bit, and concentrate more on content, and less on 'FLASHING' graphics, and choose a different colour then white for the background , its too bright, you need less contrast.
I like it....it needs more colors and it needs less cluttered navigation. I would spend time thinking about what actually must be on the home page and what doesn't need to be there.

Nice professional looking website, Flash looks awesome, but some points I found which might be of your interest. Some suggestions regarding SEO of your site. Title should have a capital letter on each word. I think its important as I have seen it working for my site since I changed it from small letters to capital letters. The keywords used at the top can be moved to the footer I think it works the same but a clean and tidy look at the top. Good luck
