Looks like you're producing good content, which is always the biggest battle. As for your design, I too would recommend getting a custom logo - and possibly cutting back on a few ads. Also, take a look at your CSS styling - and see if you can spruce up the layout of your posts. Working with font styles/sizes, adding graphic breaks, etc...will make a world of difference in the flow of your site.
Hi Ashvaj, My brother use to suffer from Sleep Apnea, so it nice to see a site with so much information. I know your just starting out but be sure to update your "About" page and take the generic wp text out. I like the layout and colors, I find they grab my attention nicely.
