This is not true actually. I can not vouch for outdated versions but an updated version can do CSS just fine.. When it comes to certain things there are some differences you have to define between IE and FF. Usually you FF understands the basic CSS and for IE you have to do something special in the code so it will understand as well.
Yah, I already see the difference between the CSS layout for IE and Firefox, but I let it since there is only a little change on the template layout when I test it. For me it's okay, I have implemented some major customization on the template so I can't change it for again and again. Thanks,for your input guys.
