Please review my new website before I go live.

Hi guys,
I am Harvey, freelance graphic designer and I will be launching my new website soon. For now I want to get your feedback on my responsive web design. The old site is still up, Lanot Design - Portfolio of Harvey Lanot, a Graphic Artist, Illustrator, and Web Designer . The first image is for desktop users and the second image is for mobile. I will definitely benefit from your feedback and critiques.

For a gaming site, those are perfect colors and design.

It's a very interesting design. Nice mix of minecraft and graffiti. Your old design is really good, why are you changing?

 

Thanks! Really put a lot of effort on choosing the right color scheme, my previous design's main feedback was it was too dark and gloomy.

Glad you find it interesting, the minecraft design was actually a mascot for a client, that area will be for featured works, as I said above, my last design was too dark and I feel like the design is too old and I want a responsive design too

Not bad lanot. I had a feeling it was a wordpress site. I work mostly in WordPress. The main slider area is much better now.

Only small things I would say is get more of that great blue color in - it is nowhere else. And maybe a slightly better heading font and body font.

But great work. Awesome use of pushing the theme. And sick illustrations!
