The logo is nice, and the design pretty clean. Althow the advertising is very annoying. And that banner you have there floating on top of the page is just.. wrong. I know you're suppose to make money of your sites, but come on. Use adsense, it's cleaner and adds a little bit of trustworthiness to your site.
