Seem like you have great content. One thing I would do is simplify the logo. I think you're using too many fonts. Also incorporating color into the logo may look good.

 

Design doesnt look very good for me. Maybe more colours?

Liked you domain name .Design part its very good . I didn't felt a loading issue as specified by other DPers , but can be there as you are using more graphics and flash menus . You should also include more content .
