It's an attactive layout.

I'd remove the download counter thats displayed at the right hand side of the most downloaded wallpapers. I

The ad unit that appear on the wallpaper detail page is showing ads to stop smoking, which might have a great payout but don't really seem relevant to the fact that it's a site based around wallpapers. I'm assuming that this is primarily due to the fact that the keyword 'smoke' exists in your domain.
