Hi Guys I have partnered with 2 new DP members , & started a new Soccer Goal Videos Website. Link - www.AllGoals.in It has Goal Videos from 3 major soccer leagues (EPL , La Liga, Serie A) & the Champions League. We have added 35+ videos & will add more every day. Hello Ishan, The site is looking good. I would take the red columns out on the left and right side of the screen. It will give the overall layout a cleaner feel. Also, add a description in your header that describes what your site is offering visitors. Cheers, Joe

Loading Time: takes time to load ... ok that is understandable with a video site but still see to that the videos load faster ... 5 /10 Layout: Normal , 5 / 10 Color Combination : Good. Pretty Attractive , 6 / 10 Contents: 35+ Videos in a short span of time is good , 7 / 10 .. add more in the days to come. My Suggestions: A) I feel you have resize the size of the videos in the initial homepage, you can have a small sized (thumbnail) video window followed by a description. Once when the user click he will be forwarded to a new bigger window. Through this way you can give the user many options (videos) to select from. B) Have some contest like 'Best Goals Weekly Contest' where in the user / visitor will be provided with a opportunity to select the best goal of his / her choice through this we can add user interactivity.
I agree the site took a long time to load, but I'm assuming that's because your server is in India. This shouldn't be a problem as, going by your .in domain name, your target market would primarily be Indians. The video load times are irrelevant though as they are hosted on YouTube's servers. Other than that though everything looks pretty good. I LOVE the soccer ball graphic (which I still can't decide whether it's real or not!)
The site loading time is high not because of the server, but because of Youtube. Also, the server is in USA, not India. I will be moving the video, into the post, so that the main page loads way faster than right now. I took a .in domain as other have already been registered, & AllGoals.in sounds like, All Goals in one place. Visitors are primarily USA, so you can see that I am not targetting India only I love the graphic too, it was designed by my extremely skilled designer.
I was talking about the main site in relation to the slow loading times, not the videos. Ah right... in that case I'd consider switching providers. Who are you with now? It loads way too slow for a US server. All the best, Liam
I am with LaceHost currently , which is owned by me We have a 100 Mbit connection & load at around 0.2 , so, its not a server problem. I will move the videos inside the post, & you will see how fast it loads Thanks Ishan
there are too many videos on index page try limiting them as this will help you in loading the site faster , this niche is one of my favs , but you dont get much from there anyways good effort
