I like the Banner/logo at the top a ton!!! very nice Although i think there could be a little more contrast in color in the rest of the site.
The site is well designed however, I noticed that you have the same title for all of your pages, for seo purposes you should use some of your most important keywords in your title and you should have a different title for every page. I viewed the site in firefox 3 and I noticed that some of the text in the right column is sticking out of the template, you should get this fixed. For seo purposes you should work on your meta tags, you should have your most important keywords and a brief description of your site. It's not a good idea to have a section of your site labeled as "Sponsors" this may get your site penalized by google, good luck with the site.
i think dont use affiliate program with this site coz ur site is quite good potential But its up to you u can earn big money from this
First, pick go through and try and remove any unnecessary borders, extraneous colors, and even out the padding/margins to be consistent. You will get a much more readable site this way. Also, the logo would work, but it seems blurred into the background of the image, make it crisp and clear so it pops out at the reader. I like your content, the ticker works well for a site like yours (although its a tad fast), and your font-size and layout does get to the point clearly. Best of luck!
