I just come away from it wondering what the purpose is...

 

Ok... What do you mean exactly? Should I change the header?

 

Yes, make a proper tagline for the header so that at one glance, readers know what this site is all about

 

Here are my views
1) Something is bothering me and I can't tell whether is it the header, background or both. Maybe the header should be redesigned to match the footer.
2) Your header has your site name on it, don't see why you need another <h1>Klips</h1> in your code unless you are trying to tell the search bots something.
3) Title and meta name description needs improvement (looking at the source code)

it's nice ... i thik you siete is okey, and i think this themplate is like a blog.

 

Nice crisp and and clean blog, looks fine to me, wouldn't change too much, testdrive it as it is, you could always make small changes later.

Yeah, I'm designing my blog completely from scratch, as well as the tools. It's in beta, so I guess it's Ok.
