    You definitely should change your template it's not really user friendly and if I was going to your site I probably would have just x'd out because it looks sort of like some kind of spam site. You should set up some catergories and pick better colors.

    make your website automated, use nice software tools. If you dont know html download software called coolpage which has drag and drop tools for designing webpages.
