    I have seen your site.....

    Lots off (19) Javascript so site is taking more load time...
    and its also affect your google rank......

    So reduce your Javascript

    It looks good but the layout needs improving. Currently it displays top 10s upon top 10s, without any dividing lines or titles to separate them.
