I like it, but if you are trying to sell your services I don't know why you have those google ads...?
For your links on your link bar, shift it down a bit so it doesn't touch the edge of your bar. The header is okay.. but I think your logo on the right could use a different background color.
In fact, all the content of the right sidebar goes a little bit to the right. Other than that, nice design!
SEO-wize: you could sprinkle more of your keyword phrases through out your content: custom illustrations, custom animations... cartoons, comics, etc. Work them in early, in subject headings and throughout content.. Instead of " How can we help your business make more money?": "How can funny advertising or humor cartoons help sell products?" Work your keyword phrases in whenever you can, logically. ... Also: You might want to move your link tags out site your <h#> tags.
It's really pretty unprofessional to have adsense up on a portfolio site. So lose 'em if you want to be taken more seriously by potential clients. Remember... the idea is to send them deeper into your site for info, and then to contact you for a sale; not off to an advertiser. Your text doesn't read well at the top, because your image is too large. Decrease it's size a little bit to improve readability and to move other copy up. Remember... how your copy looks is as important as what it says. If you're in advertising, you'd better demonstrate that you know that to potential clients off the bat. The text in the right sidebar is pushed a little far right considering the background image. Moving it even a few pixels to the left would make it a little more visually appealling... same with the top horizontal nav links. That's all that jumps to mind immediately.
