    Try to show snippet on main page instead full article or post.

    This will increase your visitors activity on your blog and reduce bounce rate too.

    Change your permalink structure from http://austriaics.com/?p=17 to http://austriaics.com/how-to-get-rid-of-anger/ by just adding /%postname%/ in permalink setting of your wordpress to make it look more SEO friendly.

    Install All In One SEO pack and Google XML Sitemap plugin to get more SEO friendly blog.

    Remove the calendar.

    Remove links from blogroll

    Add contact page, use cform plugin.

    Add top commentators plugin to get more comments on your blog.

    Add dofollow plugin to get more comments too.

    I think you should add more personal photos and always avoid the stock photography stuff. I really like the template, it's dynamic without being overwhelming. I could use that suggestions in my life too I'm sure.. HEH.
