I've just renewed my JV Giveaways directory and could really use some helpful tips on how to improve the pages. http://www.newjvgiveaways.com
The site looks very user friendly, it's nice and clean and easy to navigate and the content is great.
Nice looking site and great concept. I might suggest having a preview snippet of the Events on the homepage. Just to give the hompage some more life. Also: the little icon man logo. It's kindof weird. Clean and looks okay but I just don't get it ! I HATE THAT LITTLE MAN ! jk, it looks fine.
I do like your site. My sugestions: Change Headline to WHY are JV Giveaways...questions are better at grabbing attention. USE "YOU" (wiifm) and perhaps bullets and more benfits..i.e You can get loads of You can build YOUR mailing list faster and easier Add more benefits... You can resell ebooks for 100% profit, *(disclaimer, at bottom) You will find out why... You can discover how to (you can use your about page as handy and quick source of benefits), I avoided "learn"...which seems more like work per Liz Tomey(Cash Sucking Sales Letters). I also recommend to add email sign up box in addition to your click here and suggest no "if" ...if means they might take action...this deal, offer, etc is always too good to think about attitude, so You can save time and easily stay up to date or similar. I would not (IMO) have Permanent events until you have permanent events...then add link. Possibly add an article section about JVGiveaways, Joint Ventures, etc., if you write articles or newsleters, or use article marketing, this is just adding those articles to the site (separate section), to help SEO and build content, I like your site and these suggestions are SINCERELY meant to be constuctive and helpful. Good Luck. Much Success, George Pierce
I liked a lot about the site, but Im only going to mention here the two things I think you could improve: The homepage looks to be quite empty. Some extra content would make it look better in my opinion. The header could be improved I think. I'm not keen on the little man logo with the exclaimation mark in the speech bubble. Good luck with it
